Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However Refunds will not be granted If you need to cancel your reservation or order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer a refund, we may be able to provide a credit for future use or assist in rescheduling your booking, subject to availability and our discretion. Inclement Weather Policy for Club Walks: The decision to cancel, postpone, or modify an event due to inclement weather will be made by walk organizers based on weather forecasts and local conditions. Walks will be canceled, postponed, or modified in the event of severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, snowstorms, extreme heat/cold, or any other conditions deemed unsafe. The safety of attendees, staff, and participants is the top priority. If at any point during the event the weather becomes unsafe, the event will be paused or terminated, and attendees will be directed to safe locations.

**Notification:**
– Attendees, staff, and participants will be notified of any changes via email, text message (if pre-registered on our website), and social media (a cancellation notice will be posted on the event page and in the club group) by 2 hours prior to the start of the walk.
– Attendees are encouraged to stay informed about weather conditions and check for updates from the walk organizers.

**Rescheduling and Refunds:**
– In the event of a cancellation or postponement, attendees will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund/credit for their tickets.
– Rescheduling will be coordinated based on the availability of the venue and key participants.
