Fuzzy Butts Pet Services has officially acquired another trusted local pet care provider, Critter Sitters and More, and as part of the growth, we are merging the two businesses together.

Moving forward, STARTING ON FEBRUARY 1ST 2026 all services will operate under the new Critter Sitters and More name and brand!

We will very much miss the Fuzzy Butts branding however this is the most efficient way moving forward.

While the name and branding are changing, our commitment to providing exceptional, reliable, and loving care for your pets remains exactly the same. In fact, this transition allows us to strengthen our team, expand our resources, and continue delivering the high quality care your pets expect – now with even more support behind the scenes.

Here is what you can expect:

*The same dedication to your pets safety, comfort, and happiness

*A large, experienced team and improved operations

*Continued communication and personalized care.

Over the coming weeks, you may notice updates to our emails, website, invoices, and other materials reflecting the Critter Sitters and More Brand. Rest assured, any existing schedules, services, and client relationships will continue seamlessly.

You will be using the same software, Time to Pet, however, you will need to activate your new account with Critter Sitters and More. I recommend using the same password for Critter Sitters as you did for Fuzzy Butts so it is easier for you. You will have two different options to click (Fuzzy Butts and Critter Sitters). Be sure to click onto Critter Sitters and set up your new account there.

To activate your account, visit https://www.timetopet.com/portal/activate, enter your email address, and click “Send Activation Email”. You’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account.

Once logged in, please review and update information in the “Pets” and “My Info” sections. If you have questions, visit our Client Portal Help Center or contact us directly.
