Get ready for a tail-wagging good time! ๐ŸŽ‰ You are invited to be one of our exclusive vendors at the 5th Annual Pup Days of Summer – Fest 2025!

NEW Location: We’ve moved to the fantastic Oozlefinch Beers & Blending for 2025. This means we’ll be enjoying the great outdoors, and we’ve scheduled the event earlier in the year to beat the heat.

EXPANDED Space: Our new venue offers MUCH MORE SPACE for you to showcase your amazing products. You’ll have all the room you need to shine!

EXTENDED Hours: We’ve added an extra hour of fun! This year, the event will run for a full 5 hours.

Vendor Commitments

  • Engagement Activity: Please prepare a fun and engaging activity at your table for either the Pup Parent or the Pup. Each attendee will receive a card for you to stamp, confirming their participation in your activity.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Help us spread the word! Vendors are expected to promote the event within their personal and professional circles, including sharing the Facebook Event and Event Emails.
  • Full Participation: No early breakdowns! Vendors are expected to remain set up until 5 PM.

To reserve your space, complete the below registration form. Payment must be received to confirm your registration. *Please remember, this is a fundraising event, and unfortunately, no refunds can be given.

Proceeds support the Dooney Sullivan Angel Fund. This fund assists pet owners who have fallen on hard times and need financial help to support their pets in a medical crisis. Owners are nominated by their doctors based on financial need and the potential positive outcome of medical intervention.

Fill out the application below. Your payment must be received to hold your space. Raffle prizes can be brought with you the day of the event. You will be directed to a payment portal once you hit submit. Important vendor information will be emailed to the address provided.

Rain Date: June 22nd
In the event we have to cancel the event on June 8th due to extreme rain, we have a back up date of June 22nd. Will you be available for the back up date? *100% of the vendor fees are donated to the Dooney Sullivan Angel Fund, as such we are unable to provide refunds.
Raffle Prize Donation
To make this event even more special, we are organizing a raffle raise to even more money for the Dooney Sullivan Angel Fund. Your contribution will not only help us raise much-needed funds but also provide great exposure for your business to our attendees. We would be grateful for any donation you can provide, whether it be gift certificates, products, services, or any other items that would make exciting raffle prizes. In recognition of your generosity, we will prominently feature your business in our event promotions, including social media, event signage, and our event program.
