Pet First Aid Registration Form

Thank you for being interested in our Pet First Aid Classes! These sessions are a great way to gain valuable skills while supporting local pet nonprofits.

Please note:

-Space is limited, and payment in full is required to reserve your spot.
-A registration fee is included and is non-refundable, as it is donated directly to the pet nonprofit organization the class supports.
-$25 for the Certification Course
-$10 for all other class types
-If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While the registration fee is non-refundable, 
-Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund minus the registration fee.
-No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund.
