Peninsula Pups Dog Walking Club Launches, Raises Funds for Charity
Social group for dogs and their people focuses on bringing dog lovers together in a community atmosphere for exercise, fresh air and to meet new friends. This club is all about dogs and owners having a relaxed and enjoyable walk.
The Peninsula Pups Dog Walking Club is a community outreach effort of Critter Sitters and More, LLC located in Newport News, Virginia recently launched and has partnered with several pet professionals to raise funds for the pet industry nonprofit organizations.
The Peninsula Pups Dog Walking Club collaborates with area pet industry experts to offer education on dog health, training, nutrition, and enrichment for members. In addition, the Club hosts monthly walks and hikes for dog lovers. Covid-19 procedures are followed at all in-person outings.
This year, along with their expert partners, Peninsula Pups Dog Walking Club will also raise funds and awareness for Peninsula SPCA located in Newport News. “The mission of the Peninsula SPCA is to find loving homes for every animal in our care, and to advocate for the humane treatment of all animals in our community.”
The Peninsula Pups Dog Walking Club charitable partner program would not be possible without the support of its expert partners, including Clever Critters, LLC from Newport News, VA and the Animal Medical Center in York County VA .
The Club brings dogs and their people together for walks, hikes and other outings for dog lovers. In our Facebook Group, we discuss important topics with our expert partners that help dog owners make decisions about the care and welfare of their dogs. Club members are offered a supportive and encouraging environment where they can find resources, ask questions and participate in important discussions about pet care. Membership is free.
